ALL CLIENTS:

Please come alone to your appointments (no other guests, children or pets).
Please reschedule when you or someone in your household is sick! Cancelations fees will be waived for illness and emergency.
Please note the length of your appointment time (most appointments range between 1-3 hours, don’t hesitate to reach out if you need a more specific time frame) and plan some buffer room between your plans following your appointment.

I cannot control when others show up late or when hair decides to take 100 years to process. I try to get everyone out on their scheduled time but life happens! *I will not cut corners with your color to get you out early if you overbooked yourself.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If you have to reschedule or cancel your appointment please try to give at least 24 hours notice, 48 is preferred.

There is a fee of 50% of the service price for less than 24 hour notice.

Fee of 100% of the service price for a no show.

HONOR SYSTEM, if you or your household are sick please reschedule as soon as possible and fees will be waived.
