I help busy women—especially moms—reclaim their energy, strength, and confidence through personalized weight lifting, strength training, yoga, and grounded lifestyle coaching. My mission is to create a space where you’re not chasing change—you’re embodying it. This isn’t about doing it all. It’s about doing what works for you, consistently and powerfully.

One-on-one sessions focused on strength training, form, mobility, and real-life functionality. Perfect for women who want to build muscle, confidence, and routine — without the pressure of a crowded gym.

• Weight lifting, mobility, or yoga (Often times a session includes all three) it’s about what YOU need that day!

• Private, supportive, inspiring environment

• Personalized progression

🍽️ Nutrition Coaching Add-On

$175 / month (for in-person clients)
Add customized macro coaching to your in-person training.
Includes:

  • Personalized macro targets

  • Weekly check-ins during your session

  • Weekday access for questions via text/email

  • Ongoing adjustments based on progress
