I help busy women—especially moms—reclaim their energy, strength, and confidence through personalized weight lifting, strength training, yoga, and grounded lifestyle coaching. My mission is to create a space where you’re not chasing change—you’re embodying it. This isn’t about doing it all. It’s about doing what works for you, consistently and powerfully.
